Happy Heart Hibiscus loose leaf herbal tea blend is especially delicious on ice, making it the perfect addition to a hot summer day.  This blend as formulated with your heart and cardiovascular system in mind. Small batch, mixed by hand. 100% organic. Caffeine free.

INGREDIENTS: Hibiscus, Hawthorn Leaves, Flowers & Berries, Holy Basil, Linden, Motherwort

DIRECTIONS: 1-2 teaspoons per 6-8 oz of hot water. Steep at least 5 minutes, covered, and strain. Add honey or lemon juice if desired and enjoy!
