• A 2 dram vial of our Visions of Queen Mab anointing and candle dressing oil.  This oil, named for the mischievous but benevolent faerie described in the famous speech by Mercurio in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, combines calming lavender with protective clove and mugwort, to help you regain control.  Use it to anoint yourself before sleep or dress candles for sweet dreaming/nightmare banishment rituals. 
• A muslin pouch filled with herbs intended to provide protection, dispel negativity and ward against nightmares and night terrors to promote a restful sleep.  In this pouch is a blend of organic/sustainably wildcrafted wood betony, lavender, vervain, star anise, clove, thyme, mugwort and mullein leaves and flowers.
• Four crystals - tumbled carnelian, tumbled lepidolite in quartz, citrine point, amethyst point.  Carnelian is used to dispel anger, depression, jealousy, envy and hate while promoting peace, harmony and patience. It is used to counteract doubt and negative thoughts, strengthen astral/psychic visions and halt nightmares.
