HAWTHORN // Crataegus laevigata // Hawthorn has been used as far back as Medieval Times. High in flavonoids (anti-oxidants), Hawthorn is a superior heart tonic. Traditionally used to support cardiovascular function, lowering blood pressure and overall supporting the immune system. It is antiarrhythmic, antioxidant, nutritive, cardiotonic, cardioprotective.
Hawthorn helps us to energetically mend our grieving, broken hearts, giving us the ability to let go and let love in. Considered sacred tree medicine among the Druids and said to be home to fairies.

The “Queen of Spices”. Cardamom is aromatic, pungent, warming and drying. It stimulates digestion and brings relief to indigestion and nausea, acts as an antioxidant and helps to regulate blood pressure.
STAR ANISE // Illicium verum // Long used as a way to promote good digestion. It is warming, spicy, stimulating and has also been shown to bring relief to colds and flu symptoms, support the heart and help to balance blood sugar levels.
